Colonoscopy and Endoscopy-Need Help

3 weeks ago, I started experiencing extremely painful bowel movements (diarrhea). Every time I have one of these episodes it feels as though my insides are being ripped from within me. Every time I have one of these episodes, I break down in tears from the pain and am left feeling exhausted with my legs and stomach aching. There is no cat scan or blood work or labs that can explain what is going on with me, I need a colonoscopy and an endoscopy. I don't currently have insurance since I have been on LTD for two years but my LTD ends in October and I will be back to work (hopefully). I have been doing research and there is a group that does colonoscopy's/endoscopy's at a discounted rate:

colonoscopyassist is who I will be going through, above I have put a screenshot of their prices. Please help me, I concerned I have an ulcer or worse Crohn's Disease but I was told that there is no way to find out until I have these two procedures done.
