Need aassistance before Homeless

Hi my name is Joyce Wilt and I need assistance for back rent that ERAP didn't fulfill. ERAP ran out of money and emailed me to say they were on "pause." I emailed my manager to see where I was in the program and asked how much money ERAP paid on my account. She said nothing but I knew they had given her some money on my account, so I went to PA Housing Authority and the Manager sent me an email as to how much money ERAP had paid. They did come back with more money to continue assistance. I called to see where I was on the list and they said wait 30 days, I called again in 30 days and they said wait 30 days. I called a third time and the clerk looked into my account and said my case was closed. I was not aware that my case was closed. So now I am 4 months behind and have an Eviction Notice. I am in a 62+ building, where you need to qualify/low income. Thank you for any help.
