Support with Stage 2 Breast Cancer It Sucks!

Hello, I am Leah, I have been having a crap ton of medical issues and the newest is stage 2 breast cancer. I have a cerebral fluid blockage (different from a fluid leak, I was treated at Duke for leakage but I am in the very few percentages that are a blockage, and no one knows how to fix it and how to treat the blockage. I have seen 3 different doctors, mylograms, and other tests trying to find out the stage of the blockage and how to treat it and there is nothing but head scratching. Movement

disorders are falls shaking and trembling. I have had many falls in the past 8 months, some big some small. The main ones are the following: July fell at 2 am going to the bathroom, I fell on my wooden stairs and hit my head on a wooden hallway. (after 2nd documented fall found the following: fracture of L1 & L2 and concussion) I had another fall about 4 weeks later that ended up with me losing consciousness, getting a concussion, and 4 staples in the back of my head. Since then I have had other fainting or movement disorders.

I really am more about stumbling, getting in and out of bed, Walking into a store, or stairs. The cancer is a new part of my diagnosis. I have had cerebral fluid for over 9 years, when I was at Duke I was one in 8 patients. In the whole of the United States. Now I not only have that, but movement disorder and stage 2 breast cancer. I need help paying for my car that takes me from point A to B, And I need funds for a service dog. I am in need of a true service dog who will be able to help me navigate parking, walking, and grocery stores, help with depression, and a god who will snuggle and keep me company when I am super low and in pain. I need this dog, please. I am not looking for a certificate for a dog. I need a trained service dog, please. I truly need one, please. Last week I woke up on the floor no idea how it happened, except for a bad head lump. I have a double bilateral mastectomy on the 27th for Inflammatory Breast Cancer. So If you Can help me get a pup to help me through the therapy and when I black out and when I want to go to the store but am afraid I will knock out. I need a doggie please that is trained to help support me in this crappy moment. Please. I need help period with like and we'll if I can get help getting a doggie helper I will be over the moon! I need help, I need Dental work 15K, I need a service dog, I need breast stuff and I am trying to do all this. I am scared, I am scared.
