Need A Pacemaker- Heart Surgery

My Name is Victor Faks. I am looking to raise $12,500 for a heart surgery ( Pacemaker) for someone in Nigeria, Africa.

The young man is in his mid forties married with two teenage kids ( 17 and 14years). Unfortunately, in Nigeria healthcare is non existence. Without this surgery he will definitely die. Their is no social safety net in Nigeria so that means that the wife and children will be left with no one to take care of them.
