I got blood clots in both lungs in July and as a result I got fired from my job and lost my insurance.

I've been turned down for all forms of help and i'm running out of money to pay my bills and keep things going for my family. I have always been  hard working and have never asked for anything in my life but i'm now to a point I must ask.
I need a few more months to heal to the point I can get a job and get rolling again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
