I lost wages for a year in 24 due to health issues that made it impossible for me to drive to work. I have worked tirelessly trying to find employment since February. I have not been able to find any work despite having many skills in many fields. Ever since I was laid off from Cornell IT in 2012 I have not been able to find a good paying job. I really enjoyed the IT work and I worked as a finger print analyst a long time ago but have not been able to find any remote work in those fields either, though I've applied all over the U.S.. I've always worked full-time to support my artwork and fiction writing but have had no luck finding employment and my bills are piling up. The main thing is the tires. I really need new tires to get to my new job, if I ever get a job! Unless of course I find a remote job, then I can work from home. I've been paying the minimum on my debts until I get back to work and then I'll pay them off asap. But the taxes need to be paid too. I have to pay the local school or property taxes asap. I've had to postpone the phone bill until the 14th of August. NYSEG is usually more patient. So I've got that bill coming up in August too. I didn't even add in the $1200 I paid for my little Shitzu/pug Marco that I put on the care cc, medicine that saved his life. I could use some groceries this week too. I am grateful for anything you can contribute. Thank you!
