Hello, my name is Patrick.

My wife was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma recently. She is no longer able to work, has applied for Disability, but is pending.

I carry health insurance, which helps cover most treatment, but has a high deductible. What we need most is monetary assistance for basic expenses as well as fuel to get back and forth to medical appointments.

I am our only source of income, and are barely staying afloat. Her car payment has fallen behind and we cant afford her car to be repossessed as she will need her car to get to treatments.

This has all been overwhelming and we are just trying to navigate a new normal.
