Hello, I'm Juanita, am 67 . THIS IS NOT A SCAM...I HAVE PROOF, IF NEEDED, OF WHAT HAPPENED !

As the photo shows, I ended up in a ditch hanging upside down hanging from my seatbelt, which did its job and held me in it. This happened on Christmas day, 12/25/22, while doing a dog transport, which I do sometimes to make a little extra money, to WA. But unfortunately, in OR I hit a patch of black ice and flipped my car. Some good Samaritans came and helped me out of the car. Thanks be to GOD, I was able to walk and no outside injuries. Sheriff arrived and Ambulance arrived I and was taken to the hospital under a TRAUMA ALERT because they assumed I had unseen injuries and they were correct, Had 4 broken ribs and had my spleen removed ! Was released on 1/8/23. Have been staying with a good friend to rest and heal. Has been a very painful time and I'm still healing, emotionally and physically from all this but am so THANKFUL to GOD for bringing me through it ALIVE !

UPDATE 4/30/23:

Have basically healed and am ready to get back to doing my animal transports and Uber Eats also..which I used to do in between animal transports. All I need is a vehicle!

Found out on same day, when I called to report accident, that my car insurance had been cancelled on 12/14/22 so they will not pay for anything !!! I am going to have the case reviewed because I had not received a cancellation notice from them and they still accepted payments after I had supposedly been cancelled. I would not have been driving if I knew that I did not have car insurance!! With all this, I am going to be responsible for paying for the Kia. Thankfully, my MEDICARE is paying for the medical bills.. I am not happy about that fact, because I think the Insurance should be paying the bills.. I live on Social Security and SSI, which is just over $1000. a month ! Which means I have a big mess on my hands. So, I am needing some help to get another car so I can take care of things that need to be done.

I have a lot of Dr. Appts to go to due to my other health problems and it's very hard for me to get around to catch a bus and walking due to my back problems, which includes Scoliosis and fused vertebrae! And without a car I can not make extra to help pay bills. I don't need a brand new car . Just one that is safe and is problem free . My Kia was a 2019 and had only had it for 5 months.

With me now responsible for paying the car off, I'm not going to get anyone to finance me. And I can't afford a down payment or the payments on the car, so want to just pay cash for it !

So you can see why I am asking for help ! It is really an emergency....I need to get back to what I had been doing ...and it's impossible without a car !

So..please...if you can help me in any way...It would be a Godsend and I will be eternally grateful.
