Neck and Spine surgery help

I have  been doing hair for 30 years. I have  worked very hard and been dedicated to my craft. The long hours of standing and being hunched over has unfortunately collapsed the vertebrae in my neck. Complications from this has made an extensive surgery a must (posterior cervical laminoplasty), coupled with a long recovery ( approximately 7 weeks).
My family and friends are coming together to help me with my recovery and the physical therapy I will need.
I am self employed and without disability insurance.
This is a fund to help cover major medical costs and cost of living while off work.
