Hello, my name is Na'ava and I require a major oral surgery to remove an infected, impacted tooth and place in a bone graft to close the hole.

I have tried to have my insurance cover this medically necessary surgery, but they have refused and I have been battling with them since the beginning of this year over this. I have done everything in my power and am now on my last resort, which is asking the World for assistance. It has been a headache with my insurance, but i can't delay any longer.

I need this surgery on my impacted tooth because it is penetrating my sinus canal and is infected and causing me frequent illness, as it has been for the past few years.

The cost I am asking for is to cover the surgery itself and the associated accessory medical expenses.
