Eunice Escobedo is a Wife, Young Mother of 3, Daughter, Granddaughter and a loving friend to many.  Over the last 5 years she has battled and defeated breast cancer and spinal cancer. On October 1st they discovered that she once again would battle against stage 4 cancer which has spread to manys areas.  Over the course of the next few months she will have several chemo treatments and will fight to defeat cancer for good.
