Ann Charlton Lodge

Ann Charlton Lodge is a specialised residential care home that is home to up to 24 permanent and 1 respite resident at any one time. The lodge is completely unique, there is no other known place of its kind in the UK and because of this we have residents from near and far to receive specialist care. The home is a registered charity and is a not for profit organisation meaning we rely heavily on donations for the day to day running. Recently we have been struggling a lot for many different reasons but a huge one being financial and we were given the devastating news that the lodge would have to close. Following extensive work and multiple meetings we delighted to announce that a plan has been put in place moving forward to ensure the future security of the lodge.

However, the lodge is to remain as a registered charity, therefore fundraising and donations still play a vital role in the day to day running of the lodge.
