Service dog training for Sadie

Hello! My name is Josh and I am in desperate need of a therapy dog! I am a 12 year veteran of the Navy and served in Iraq with 2nd Marine Division in Fallujah, and also did counter-narcotic missions in South and Central America. I was medically retired in July of 2014 with chronic back pain, PTSD, depression, and anxiety. I have a very hard time getting around and coping with everyday stressors. Well what does this have to do with a dog? Sadie is a lab mix with the heart of a unicorn. Of everything that I  have tried (medication, therapy, etc) dogs have been a huge help for my mental health and overall happieness. I have consulted with a local therapy dog non-profit and they have agreed to set up the training for me and Sadie. We can't wait to start but in order to pay for the actual trainer we are in need of funding. If you could help out in any way it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
