We are students from an all-girls Catholic high school and are asking for your prayers and support as we prepare to go on an international spring break service trip to Jamaica to work in an orphanage, rebuild homes and community centers, and participate in much needed reforestation efforts to help rebuild the Jamaican rainforest. We are choosing to forego a traditional spring break vacation and rather use our time to help those most in need because we want to open our horizons to the effects of poverty on an international scale and learn how we can be a force of good and change in the world. We are traveling with our school, The Academy of Notre Dame, from April 17-24, 2016 and we hope to accomplish these goals:

- Make improvements to the village orphanage
- Run fun activities and educational programs for the orphans
- Offer comfort and friendship to the children left behind by disease
- Make improvements to the homes of the local villagers
- Participate in reforestation efforts to help rebuild the endangered Jamaican rainforests

To make this happen, we need to raise $5000 collectively by February 5, 2016 to make the trip possible. We would like to ask for donations of any amount to help us make this important trip. For all of our sponsors, we will be returning with a diary of stories and photos about the people that we meet and help so that you can see God’s work in action.
