Please help my good friend and her children stay in their home! Teri has been struggling for the past 5 years with non stop court fees (for emancipation of her son Trevor,!)

Unexpected loss of income has made paying the mortgage and utilities very difficult, so difficult she is working 3 jobs and still is behind! The mortgage company is threatening foreclosure.

Teri has researched every possible option and this is a last resort.  She really did not want me to do this for her, I explained to her it was ok, we all need help at times in our lives.
