Single mom of 4 battling cancer

My name is Siobhan. I am a 32 year old single mom to 4 amazing children ages 14, 11 year old twins, and 5. I have recently been diagnosed with Metastatic Thyroid Cancer that has spread to my lymph nodes. I’ve already had one surgery and I’m having a second in a week. After that I will begin treatment for the cancer. As a mom I’ve tried to always be prepared for anything life threw my way but there was no way to prepare for this. I had to leave the job I had just recently started to tend to my health. I have no nearby family and very few friends. I am terrified of what’s to come. My car is just about at the end of its life. I’ve lost so much weight from being sick that I’m having to wear my daughters clothes because I have nothing that fits. With not being able to work and having  no help I have no idea how I’m going to make it through this much less just meet the basic needs of my family (food,shelter,clothing). The medical bills are already piling up between dr visits, testing, surgery had and surgery needed. I’m asking for any help at all. Even if it’s just groceries/gas/clothing or money for such, rides to the dr or rides for my kids to sports. No donation or offer of help is too small. Thank you for reading. Love and light.
