Bring Susie home

This fund has been set up for our Susie @revbluesSusie (on twitter) Many of you will have interacted with Susie or read her articles in Critical mass. Here’s what you may not know…. Susie had a successful career in journalism which was cut short due to her husband’s accident which saw her go from News Editor to Full Time Carer for over 25 years. She lost her husband 4 years ago and has since been living in Spain making a small living as an ESL teacher. In June both her job and her accommodation will be gone, without help, Susie and her dog will be homeless without the means to continue her teaching privately. We all have our own problems, this isn’t an easy time for any of us but we are socialists and Susie is one of ours, we can’t watch this happen to someone who’s already had some pretty huge knocks. We would like to be able to raise enough money to get Susie, her dog and belongings home and settled and we are looking at the best and cheapest way to do that. We are open to any offers of advice or help but there will inevitably be costs that need to be met. Please only give what you can spare and if you have no spare please retweet and do your bit to get Susie home. Thank you
