Amigos y familiares de parte de la familia Jacome le pedimos su ayuda para ayudar a nuestro primito Nicolas Jacome. El nacio prematuro de baja talla y peso el 4 de Mayo s del 2011 en Quito, Ecuador. Recien nacido fue diagnosticado con deficit a la Hormona de crecimiento. Desde bebe ha tenido que inyectarse genotropin para poder crecer. A los dos años fue diagnosticado con SCOLIOSIS en su espaldita. Como ven en la radiografia que esta bien pronunciada.
Como ven aqui el clabo se salio de su espaldita la cual ha probocado que se hiciera una bola.
Por la cual tiene que ser operado de emergencia lo mas antes posible.
Nicolas ha tenido que tener muchas operaciones y procedimientos para poder estar estable y vivir la vida de un niño normal. El realmente ha sido valiente para poder pasar por todos estos obstaculos. Nostros ahora le pedimos que ayudemos a sus papas. Ellos han hecho lo impossible para hacer todo por su hijo. Si ustedes pueden ayudarnos les estaremos desde ya muy agradecidos.

Family and friends on behalf of the Jacome family I would like to ask for your help for our little cousin Nicolas Jacome. He was born premature on May 4, 2011 in Quito, Ecuador. When he was born he was diagnosed with growth hormone deficiency. Ever since he has had to be injected daily with injections of growth hormone. At two years old he was diagnosed with scoliosis of the spine. He was operated and unfortunately the nail that was placed in moved away from it's original spot due to his growth using the injected hormones. Now he has an infection and needs to be operated to cure the infection. This operation was unforeseen and out of the budget orginially planned. Nicolas has had to go through many treament procedures and surgeries to be able to be stable and live normally as a child. He has truly been a superhero and very courages to endure all of this at such a young age. Nicolas' parents have done everything they possibly can to help their son. We now ask you to help Nicolas' parents get through this ordeal. Any donations would help Nicolas and his parents financially as the medical costs are adding up.Thank you in advance for your time and support.
