Help support Jake and his family with stage4 terminal cancer

Hello everyone, it is with a heavy heart that I am starting this fundraiser. 4 weeks ago Jake was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. After spending about 1 1/2 weeks in the hospital we found out just how aggressive Jake’s cancer is. Unfortunately the cancer has spread through his blood stream, his organs, spine and it is now it is in his brain. Jake is on a new cancer treatment plan but was still given weeks maybe months to live. Anyone that knows Jake knows what a good natured, smart, hard working, and overall a wonderful dad that he is! Which is why this news is so very devastating. If there is any way you guys can help, Jake and his family would be very appreciative! Speaking of his family Jake has an 11 yr old son named Lucas, and Danielle and Jake have a 3 1/2 year old named Lex and finally they just welcomed a beautiful new boy to the family only 3 very short months ago named Ledger! We are hoping to raise enough support that this family will be able to spend their cherished last few months together without any financial strain. Thank you everyone in advance for all your support!
