One October 23, 2015, Gregory Berge was born 17 weeks early. He is a little fighter and is benefitting from all your prayers and well wishes.
When something like this happens, financial needs arise that one woudn't normally think about. The idea of this GoFundMe is to raise funds for Dave and Amy Berge to use to pay for things that their normal budget does not have room for, such as all the parking fees at the hospital where they will be spending a lot of time over the next few months.
Even with buying discounted parking passes that amount for Dave and Amy would be $120 a month or $600 or more over the next several months. Dave's and Amy's parents will also be incurring this cost. (I know I don't have an extra $120 a month to pay for parking, do you?) Let's take care of this expense for them!
Another identified need is childcare which will be upwards of $800 per month.
There will also be medical bills and other unforseen needs arising. If you are able to contribute, even $5 or $10 dollars, that would be a huge blessing to them.
Many of you live out of town or out of the country and wish that there were something you could do to help. But because you are not here, you cannot bring a meal or run an errand for them. Or, even if you are in town, you've seen that the meal sign up is full all the way to Christmas! Praise the Lord. So, here is a way you can offer tangible support no matter where you are.
