In the early hours of October 26 2020 Marcus was involved in car accident. He was lucky enough to leave the accident  with only a few cuts a bruises. Marcus Ogata is 26 year old father, uncle, brother, scholar and friend to anyone who knows him. He is the nicest most genuine person you will ever meet. He is a pillar of strength and responsibility. He is someone that is always willing to lend a hand and see it though until it’s completion. Marcus has mentored dozens of students in the Renaissance Scholars program at Cal Poly Pomona as well as the Equal Opportunity Program. If you would ask any of his mentorees about his character they would say nothing but the best. He is student leader at Cal Poly Pomona and loved by all who know him. As a brother of Sigma Delta Alpha, he is a role model within the organization. He is modest, honest, and has a high morale code.  If happen to know him personally you are lucky because they don’t make them like this anymore. All funds will go to help him get a new set of wheels. Thank you in advance.
