Wade was diagnosed with glioblastoma stage 4 brain cancer on February 17th 2015. They were able to get 90% of the tumor but Wade and his family have a long road ahead of them. Wade was the main financial provider for the family and is unable to work now. With 5 children (4 still at home), a mortgage and the countless medical bills along with day to day needs the zelinske family could use our help more than ever.
