NBSC & friends for KY Family

Beloved Friends and NBSC members,
You know me well. What you may not know is I grew up in a small WKY town that was decimated on Dec. 10 by the tornados. We see the devastation and we wonder how can we help? Many times the answer is to contribute to a pool or large group which is amazing. However, the answer when we can't help everyone sometimes is this ...
... you help one.
Somebody else helps another.
And you chip away one at a time.
Close friends of mine Jayme and Brad Harralson are people I've known for over 40 years. While they themselves lost their home and much of their belongings in the tornado they directed me to Brad's uncle, his mom's brother ... who lost everything.
Their entire house, all their belongings inside, their cars ... everything.
Barry and Chris Bullock have five children, with one still living at home. They’ve helped raise their grandkids as well. Barry works at a factory in Hopkinsville. Chris has had a rough couple of years as she is a nurse and has been dealt the hand of COVID. Barry, Chris and their son were at their home on Dawson Road when the storm occurred. They went to the basement for shelter and even the basement was ripped off the house. They have limited insurance. Like so many, they’re hoping that FEMA will provide assistance but available resources will make it extremely difficult to rebuild. We are coordinating through their daughter, Wendy.
The picture is of their house. Don't see a house ... exactly...its completely gone.
So I'm doing what we do.
While we can't rebuild for every one of the thousands of families affected, I've picked one ... to try to significantly impact and I pray you will join me.
If you are a member of the Nashville Bourbon Social Club, go onto the NBSC FB page for details on my connected event there but donate here and put NBSC in the comment of your donation.
Love and appreciate each of you.
Hug your family tonight.
God bless you all.
