Hi everyone,

For Muslims one of the most important pillars of our religion is helping those most in need. This is especially important during Ramadan and I want to be able to do more not only during this month but throughout the year.

There is a wonderful little family that I know through my work going through some significant struggles, especially with food security. Other issues are making it difficult for them to access food banks (family trauma, domestic violence, transport) and the little boy may also have dietary issues that require gluten-free food items and these are not always easy to find through food banks.

My goal is to raise enough money to buy them some grocery store gift cards so they can purchase foods that meet their needs until there is some resolution and stability to their home situation
