Buckingham House Fire

Hello, I am Megan Rendelman, friend and neighbor of Russ and Melissa Buckingham. I am fundraising for them as they tragically lost their home in the Jarrettsville Fire on Thursday August 26th.

Members who were inside the home at the time were able to escape due to being alerted by fire alarms without injury.

The fire has displaced 3 adults, 2 children, and 2 dogs. The community is consistently asking for ways to help. Jarrettsville showed up yesterday for them and the responders, and I hope that in the days to come and while they go through the process of rebuilding their lives we are able to continue to support their needs. I have been contacted by many people who have been in the same situation, everyone has highly recommended establishing a go fund me account.

The Buckingham’s are amazing people, and if the situation were reversed they would be at my door or anyone else’s helping with whatever they could because that’s the type of people they are.
