We have come together on behalf of my best friends daughter Eli who has been through a lot lately. We have set this GoFundMe page to help raise some money for Eli to make some amazing memories with her (almost) 2 year old daughter Willow, her partner and family. We want to be able to ease the financial pressure of outgoing bills and to be able to fund any essential items required whilst Eli undergoes treatment. The money raised will also help towards fuel costs for her mother Sharon and will help towards the costs of Eli' funeral wishes.

In November 2020 Eli was diagnosed with Stage 4 Melanoma (skin cancer). Eli is a 24 year old young mother who has been so strong since her diagnosis and we couldn't be any prouder of her. We understand this will never be enough to take away the pain, the heartache and emotions Eli is going through or the devastation and heartache to those who know Eli. We just want to be able to support Eli in making unforgettable memories with her daughter, family and friends as that's the least she deserves.
Eli's Story:
In September 2020 Eli went for an MRI after reporting to her GP that she had two previous mini stroke like episodes. Her GP referred her to Shrewsbury hospital where the DR suggested its likely to be some type of seizure due to family history of epilepsy. He sent her for an MRI.

She shortly received a call. The DR confirmed a growth had been identified on the right side of her brain and referred her to Stoke hospital.
Whilst deciding what to do with this tumour, another tumour was identified just behind the first tumour but much deeper.
Eli took the extremely brave decision to have surgery to remove the first tumour. Eli smashed surgery and was so strong even if she was physically alone!! COVID19!!.

Then she received the heartbreaking news that the tumour was confirmed to be Melanoma. They explained how because the Melanoma had attacked Eli' organs, Its STAGE 4
After many discussions with different professionals the treatment that would give Eli a longer life expectancy was Immunotherapy. Eli had an appointment with her DR just before this was due to start and mentioned stomach pains. After an emergency scan she was told its likely the Melanoma has spread to several areas of her bowels. Shortly after this devastating news Eli was told another tumour had shown up ON THE OPPOSITE side of the brain. Immunotherapy was therefore delayed and Eli had 62 minutes of CyberKnife Radiotherapy to try and target the 2 tumours. In the meantime she continues to take chemotherapy medication to try and shrink the suspicious Melanoma in her bowels.
Eli is due to have scans middle of January 2021 where we will know whether the tablets and Cyberknife have had any affect. We pray Eli finally has good news we really do.

Eli has been so strong and for that alone we are so proud of her.
We really would appreciate any donations. We understand not everyone is able to donate so please share this page.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts❤
