In today’s day and age it always seems it is the good one's who get the short end of the stick. I am not one to ask for help, but this is not for me, but it is someone who I care for! If you know me even in the slightest you know I have an awesome 6 year old son named Jaiden, well his Grandma Liz is on her second fight with cancer. She beat the odds once when she was diagnosed with breast cancer, now it has come back and is now in her stomach, she truly is a fighter and continues to fight this battle. The doctors put her right into chemo, may need radiation treatment and then surgery, during this process she will miss work, even though she is the type to work sick and all. We all know that anything medical based is a struggle, but back to back cancer diagnosis's is that much harder, not just physically or emotionally, but financially as well. With the world we live in no matter how much a person works or how much they try, if they do not meet a certain criteria, insurance only covers what they want not always what a patient needs. Usually is the ones who need it the most get the worst coverage, but not only the medical bills are hard, but the day to day bills start to take a toll as well. Please remember anything helps in these types of situations and a little truly does go a long way. Please help me support Liz through this tough time, if not for me as my family and friends, but for Jaiden and his sisters who want to make sure their Grandma gets better. Thank you to everyone who wants to help!
