Help 4 Nathan disabled home adaptations needed

Hi we are fundraising to help a gorgeous little boy called Nathan, or as we call him Nay Nay.

Nay Nay was born with a rare genetic condition called Tuberous Sclerosis Complex or TSC type2.

when little Nay Nay was 7 months old he was rushed to hospital suffering from prolonged tonic clonic seizures, 4 days later his parents were given the devastating news that Nay Nay had TSC.

TSC is a devastating condition that has left our poor little man suffering from over 200 seizures A DAY.

He has severe developmental delay and functions around 9-12 months,

Nay Nay is severely Autistic with ADHD,

This is a severely life limiting condition

unfortunately this devastating condition is one that just keeps on giving.

TSC has left little Nay Nay with multiple brain tubers, tubers in his kidneys and tubers in his eyes.

3 years ago he had to undergo major brain surgery called corpus collasotomy to separate the 2 halves of his brain to try and help with seizure control but unfortunately the operation failed and all of his seizures have returned worse than before.

 

Nay Nay has just turned 10 and due to his seizures and disabilities his parents are really struggling to give Nathan the help and care he needs on a daily basis.

they are in URGENT need of a downstairs wet room and bedroom to enable Nay Nay to get the most out of life without having to struggle daily to get their little man upstairs.

Dad slipped and broke his foot on the stairs trying to get Nathan upstairs as he now weight 8 1/2 stone.

 

both mum and dad are full time carers due to Nathan’s needs so money is tight.

Unfortunately regular hospital stays and medication changes are a frequent occurrence for this little warrior.

 Nay Nay is entitled to a DFG grant this doesn’t come close to the £65,000 quotes they have received to the build this extension.
