On February 19, 2015, Linda Sim, also known by her family as Sim Siv Huy, was hospitalized after unexpectedly going into cardiac arrest. After numerous CT scans, doctors concluded that she had a stroke which caused a brain aneurysm in the central ventricular artery.  On February 26, 2015, Linda peacefully passed surrounded by her loving family.

Linda was a strong, caring, loving, daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. After enduring the Khmer Rouge, Linda learned about the darkness of humanity and chose to be a light. She dedicated her entire life to her family and led by example--always putting the needs and wants of others before those of her own.

She leaves behind her husband, four children, and two grandchildren. We are blessed to have had her in our lives.
