Navy Veteran recently diagnosed with MS
Donation protected
Dear friends and fellow veterans,
I hope this message finds you well. In 2015, my journey took an unexpected turn as I began facing various medical issues. After years of uncertainty, February brought a diagnosis that I never anticipated—Multiple Sclerosis (MS). As a Navy veteran of 4 years, I've encountered challenges before, but this health battle is a new and formidable one.
The impact of MS on my daily life has been significant, affecting both my physical and financial well-being. Today, I'm reaching out with humility and a bit of vulnerability to ask for your support. I find myself struggling to make ends meet. Due to health restrictions, I am currently unable to work, and I am awaiting a decision on disability support.
My family has been picking up the slack, and your contributions will not only help alleviate the financial burden on me but will also provide relief to my family who has been supporting me tirelessly.
The funds raised will be used for essential expenses such as rent, food (for both myself and my loyal companion, my dog), phone bill, and necessary physical therapy equipment. Your contribution will make a difference, ensuring that I have the means to cover these essential bills and focus on my health without the constant worry of financial strain.
I am grateful for any support you can provide, whether it's a donation or simply sharing my story. Your kindness makes a significant impact, and I appreciate you being part of this journey with me.
Thank you for standing beside a fellow Navy veteran in need.
With gratitude, Randy.
