Navy Veteran Battling Cancer Needs Your Help.

My name is Nick Johnson from Indianapolis, IN and my dad is one of my heroes. A navy veteran who started his own business and taught me everything I know about rock and roll. Last year he decided to move to Florida and while it sucked to lose my shooting buddy I'm really glad he did. The reason I'm glad is a double-edged sword; on the one hand it allowed the VA in Orlando to catch his oral cancer early, on the other hand we found out he was diagnosed with oral cancer which brings us here to GuFundMe.

After a harrowing surgery to remove the cancer complete with intubation, feeding tubes and over a week of drug-induced coma followed by dental surgery, he's begun chemo and radiation therapy. Obviously undergoing all this treatment has made him completely unable to work which has added a financial struggle on top of the battle he's already waging with cancer. I know he's strong and he'll be back on his feet before long, but anything that can be contributed will mean the world to us right now and go directly into paying the bills, keeping food on the table and maintaining the household.
