Natural Olympia 2024

Hi everyone, as some of you may know, last year Nov 2023 I became the first Irish male to win gold at the Natural Olympia, Las Vegas, the Pinnacle of Natural bodybuilding and biggest Natural competition in the world. It was such a proud moment for me and my family, what an honour to represent Ireland, the N.B.F.I., Dublin, Finglas, the Malones, Craigie's and Saunders on the biggest stage in the world. This November I have been invited once again to compete in the Natural Olympia 2024 as part of Team Ireland. I was lucky enough to get sponsorship last year but unfortunately not so fortunate this time round. As it is an Amateur sport, athletes must cover all costs which is quite an amount. I am reaching out to any businesses or individuals who may be in a position to contribute a few euro towards the cost. In return, I will offer nutrition plans, health and nutrition advice, workshops or personal training sessions to those who contribute.
