About Nativity Prep Academy:
Nativity Prep Academy is the only independent, tuition-free Catholic school in San Diego, impacting over 200 young lives each year—60+ hardworking students in grades six, seven, and eight, and more than 150 graduates in high school and college. All of Nativity Prep’s students represent the first generation in their families to earn a college education, and all are from income eligible families. Our long-term goal with all of our students is that each earns his or her college degree from a four-year U.S. college or university.
The work of Nativity Prep does not end when our students graduate from the eighth grade. Through our comprehensive Graduate Support Program, Nativity Prep Academy helps subsidize high school tuition costs for alumni and helps the students navigate the process for college admissions and financial aid, as well as continued mentorship and support throughout their college years.
Our Purpose is to break the cycle of generational poverty by developing our students’ ability to live a life of choice and opportunity. Our students will be productive, faith-filled, and fulfilled members of society who understands the importance of giving back.

Playground Fundraiser:
As students are spending more time outdoors, proper playground equipment has become increasingly important for both physical and mental health. With your help, we are aiming to provide playground equipment including: basketballs, volleyballs, soccer balls, proper storage containers for the equipment and extended netting to keep the equipment on site. All proceeds will be used to provide equipment for PE classes, recess and to support the athletic teams provided by the Nativity.
