National Youth Leadership Conf. in D.C & NASA
Donation protected
Hello family,
Both Genesis and EJ have been nominated by their school districts based upon their scholastic merit, leadership potential, and character to represent Jersey City, the state of New Jersey and their current school Academy 1 Middle School at two impressive leadership summer programs.
Genesis was personally selected by her teachers to attend the National Youth Leadership Forum: Explore STEM at a university of her choice from UCLA to Villanova. This forum will give Genesis the opportunity to work with NASA astronauts and STEM professionals to create technological solutions to help overcome the challenges associated with colonizing Mars.
EJ was chosen to attend the Junior National Young Leaders Conference in Washington, D.C. EJ will get the opportunity to expand his leadership skills, work on public speaking, embrace models for solving complex problems and create a student-led grassroots organization to tackle current issues facing his school and community. EJ will enjoy an exclusive Capitol Hill experience with leadership focus groups on Presidential elections, American Presidency, and running for Presidency.
To attend the summer conferences, Genesis and EJ will be required to stay at the programs' residential housing. The total cost of residential tuition and travel for both students is approximately $6,000.
We are attempting to fundraise $3,
000.
We are very appreciative of any donations you can make to help Genny and EJ attend this amazing opportunity.
We are so proud of our children and they are so excited about this opportunity.
Thank you everyone for your help in developing the next future leaders.
