National Wrestling Tournament

My name is Joshua Edmond. I am asking for your generous donation to attend the Cadet National Wrestling Tournament in Fargo, ND as a member of the Michigan National team.  This is an opportunity wrestler's rarely qualify for. The tournament is an 8 day trip from July 12 thru July 20th 2018.  The tournament will be a great experience and extremely competitive.  More importantly for me, it's a once in a life time opportunity to get wrestling exposure from countless college wrestling coaches. My goals are to get recruited for a college scholarship and eventually wrestle in the Olympics.  I am asking for you to kindly consider contributing whatever you possibly can to help my dreams become reality.  I have qualified for the Cadet National Tournament to be held over 8 days in Fargo, North Dakota. However, this trip is expensive and once I qualified, there was not much time to raise money and pay in for it in advance of the tournament.  Fees must be turned in by July 7th.  The total amount to cover all expenses is $2900.  This covers round trip transportation, lodging and food for 8 days, all registration and entry fees, mandatory camps, clinicians, uniforms and gear.  Any donation whether small or big is a blessing.  I have wrestled all of my life winning many youth wrestling state championships.  I finished state runner up my High School freshmen year and this year as a sophomore I won the Michigan High School State Championship in the 130 pound weight class. During the earlier part of this summer I won the state championship in both Freestyle and Greco Roman for Michigan. I won the championship for the Central Region in both Freestyle and Greco Roman held in Ada, OH.  I also finished with All American Status wrestling in the UWW World Team Trials held in Akron, OH in this overnight tournament. I have a good wrestling foundation started and great parental support for what I want to achieve.
