2018 Speed Skating Nationals
We are taking a group of hard working skaters all the way to Lincoln, NE to compete in speed skating nationals. So far we have 8 skaters signed up and that includes 1 Special Olympic Athlete. Also we have 5 additional skaters that may be signing up as well. These skaters are all from North Carolina. Each skater has to pay $80.00 for a membership card to USARS, $65.00 for uniform, additional charges per race entered. There will be a $1400 passenger van rental, fuel, hotel stay for 7 days, and food. Each of these skaters are expected to come back with the National Championship in each of there classes and also possibly breaking previous records.
