While I'm recovering from my stroke, I hope to cycle 600 km between now and the 16th of September on my hired Lyncare MOTOmed recovery bike (approx. 20km per day).
While it might not seem much, to me it is - I would not be able to do this without the help and continued support from the staff in the National Rehabilitation Hospital, and you never know, next time I might walk 600km!
