Our son was selected to be part of the AAU National Swim Team representing the USA in Lisbon, Portugal. We received the notice Dec. 21, 2025 and training for the event in Portugal begins February 13th, 2026.

He has competed in the AAU Junior Olympics since 2021. He now holds the record in 5 events as a 13 year old and 4 events as a 14 year old. In 2025, he won 5 gold medals, 2 silver medals, 1 Bronze medal and 1 5th place medal.

His goal is to continue swimming and training for both short course yards events and long course meters events. He would like to swim in college and possibly one day make the USA Olympic swim team.

There is much to accomplish within a short time frame. His passport has arrived so he can now make the trip!
