Nathan's fight for more tomorrows

For anyone who knows Nate, you know asking for help is something he just doesn’t do. He’s always been the kind of person who says, “I got this,” or “I’ll figure it out.” He’s the one who shows up for others, the one who carries the weight without complaining.

But cancer… Cancer isn’t something anyone can carry alone. It takes a village. It takes love, support, and a community standing together.

Last year, Nate fought harder than most of us can even imagine. Multiple rounds of chemo, long hospital stays, and days filled with uncertainty, yet he kept pushing. He showed strength, resilience, and a determination that inspired everyone around him. When treatment ended and things started looking up, we allowed ourselves to breathe again. We held onto hope. We believed he had beaten it. We knew there was a chance it could come back but we chose optimism. We chose to believe the fight was behind him.

On April 3rd, 2026, Nate went in for follow-up scans with that same hope in his heart and then everything changed. The cancer is back and this time, it’s more aggressive than anyone expected. What started as two small, uncertain spots has turned into something much bigger. One tumor has more than doubled in size, and the disease has spread rapidly throughout his lymphatic system reaching nearly every vital organ.

It’s devastating. It’s overwhelming. And it’s not the news anyone was prepared to hear but if you know Nate, you also know this: he’s not giving up. Even with the odds stacked against him, he’s choosing to fight again. He’s choosing to wake up every day and battle for more time, more memories, and more tomorrows. That’s who he is.
This fight though, comes with more than just physical and emotional pain. It comes with a heavy financial burden. Because he’s unable to work, he currently has no medical insurance. The cost of treatments, the constant travel to and from the hospital (over an hour each way), and everyday living expenses are quickly piling up. What was already a difficult situation is becoming overwhelming for Nate and his family to manage on their own.

That’s why we’re asking for help. Every single bit helps lighten the load so Nate can focus on what truly matters: fighting this battle with everything he has. Please don’t feel pressured to give beyond your means. But if you can help in any way, know that it makes a real difference. Together we can help Nate kick cancer's ass.

Most importantly, thank you for your support, your kindness, your prayers, and for standing with Nate during the fight of his life.
