Nathan's 18 Inch Journey Phase Two!

I HAVE SOME EXCITING NEWS!
As some of you may know, last Autumn I attended Phase One of the 18 Inch Journey, a discipleship school in Sophia, North Carolina, led by Jonathan and Melissa Helser and the Cageless Birds. It was the most special time - the Lord reintroduced me to the reality of his goodness and who I am as His beloved son - worthwhile, always enough and never alone.
I’ve come home with a heart full of hope and confidence that I can only thank Jesus for. He’s radically changing my inner world - leading me away from perfectionism and a performance-driven life, and into His easy yoke of being enough as I am. This yoke is good, and I’m incredibly excited because…
I’M GOING BACK!
I’m overjoyed to share that I’ve been invited back for Phase Two, their 6-month school that begins on May 18th and ends on November 11th! I'll be returning to North Carolina to go deeper into the values and rhythms we were introduced to in Phase One and learn even more about how to live wholeheartedly as I follow Jesus.
To be able to attend Phase Two, I need to raise £8000 to cover my tuition, flights, visa, health insurance and general living. Given that the B2 Visa wait time is 2 months, I need to raise this money as soon as possible.
This goal feels like an impossible mountain to climb, but I believe that the generosity, kindness and faithfulness of the Father are even greater than this. He will provide everything I need - just as he has before.
I’m incredibly excited about what the Lord has for me there. If you feel the desire to partner with me financially and help me reach my goal, I’d love to invite you to donate. Ask the Lord how much! Whatever you would give would be a wonderful gift and very much appreciated. I'm thrilled to be starting my fundraising with 10% of my goal!
Thank you for taking the time to read this post. If you have any questions or would like to find out more about my Phase One or vision to go back, please contact me!
