This is Nathaniel Brito he is 11 years old. He will be having a procedure to his heart.  He has a heart defect ASD (Atrial Septal defect) This procedure is something that will help him later on in life. Without it he is at a higher risk of heart failure at a very young age also irreversible heart damage. All money earned will go to medical bills. We are accepting donations until June 10th.
