Hi Everyone, please help four years old Nathaniel (Nate) from Jamaica who has Retinopathy Of Prematurity get the medical care to prevent distortion of his face and complete blindness.
Nate's mother, passed away in 2018 before he was 1 year old, and both his father and grandmother, a retired teacher, are responsible for his care. They must raise the funds to take little Nate to Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, Florida to prevent further distortion of his face and blindness. His right eye has 20% vision which the ophthalmologist is trying to save.
Expenses for his eye treatment is costly and he has missed his medical appointments due to lack of funds.
Nate is a fighter and he needs your support to have a fighting chance at life. Please help Nate's family raise the funds needed for the surgery.
