Hi my name is Whitney. I am Nathan’s Godmom/ aunt. Nathan was involved in an accident yesterday on RT 38 and Caron rd. Nathan was riding his bike when being hit by a car thrown 100ft. Nathan suffered broken pelvis and leg along with brain bleeding and severe brain damage to the point they gave him a 0% chance to live. Nathan will be donating his organs to gift of hope in hoping someone’s life can be saved since we can’t save his. This family really could use are help. The family has had such a hard couple years already and I can’t imagine having to go through this with no help. So here I am trying to share a bit. Not long ago Nathan lost his grandmother. She was one of his rocks then after Nathan struggled to be the same. The family hit ruff patch after ruff patch. Losing job, losing car from a storm, and then loosing there home. His mom is a single mom of 4 trying to do her best when everything fell apart. Nathan had lost his job so he had no income no insurance. So at this time we are just asking for help to cover his funeral and service. If you can’t help please just pray. We will be making arrangements probably later today and I will update.

So as I made this this morning I realized I missed a couple thing and probably still will as this is so unreal. Nathan has been through hell and back at just a baby Nathan had open heart surgery to have a pacemaker put in and several more since. Even though Nathan was such a quiet held back guy he loved so deep and so much. Today around 12:30 he had just came back from a brain scan. We already had this bad new but it started to become real now. The doctor said he has no blood flow in his brain and officially declared him deceased. I ask that every please pray and hold his family close. His mother has been at the hospital along with others barely sleeping eating. His sisters are having a really hard time with this and his brother is having it so bad he can’t even come back to the hospital. There will be an honor walk at St. Anthony’s as he goes back for organ donation to the gift of life to help safe another’s life. We as the family ask for you to also pray for the girl that hit him and her family as she was just a baby also. I can’t imagine what she is feeling and I want her to know we aren’t mad we don’t hate you. We feel pain for you as well. We want you to know there is help to help you cope with what happened.
