It is with an incredibly heavy heart that I have to share my beautiful brother, Nathan Lee Post, has passed away. He was walking across the street the evening of September 9th, 2023 when he was struck by a vehicle. He was airlifted to St. Charles hospital where he was given lifesaving measures. Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries on Thursday, September 14th, 2023. He passed peacefully, surrounded by his immediate family & so much love.

It has been unimaginably difficult to grapple with the idea of losing my brother. Despite this horrific tragedy, there is a small solace - I am extremely proud of Nathan because he chose to give the life saving gift of organ donation. Nathan is able to continue to touch people's lives and be somebody's miracle.

Our family is deeply affected by this loss. We will need some time to process this sudden and life altering news. We are devastated by his passing. Nathan is survived by his only child, Leighton Post, his parents, and his three sisters.

Nothing we do can bring Nathan back or fill the void that his passing has created in our lives. But, we can try to honor Nathan by sharing in his generosity of spirit. Nathan's immediate family is raising funds to help cover the costs of memorial services and medical costs from the incident. Any remaining funds will be given to his only child, Leighton.
