Memorial Fund For Nathan Green

Donation protected
On Saturday July 16, we lost our beloved Nate Green to an act of senseless violence. On behalf of the Green family, we have started this fundraiser to give Nate the memorial he deserves, to honor his legacy and say our final goodbyes after his unexpected passing.

At just thirty-two years old, Nate was so many things to so many people. To his family, he was a devoted son, brother, and grandson, who always prioritized caring for his loved ones above everything else. To his friends and co-workers, he was kindhearted, quick-witted, hardworking, and deeply loyal. Whether you met him at school—Blakefield or Loyola—or in the years that followed, there’s no denying that you remember his bright smile, warm personality and radiant energy, that would instantly light up the room.

While nothing can fill the void Nate left, we want to ensure his family feels the support from all those whom he has touched. Nate dedicated his life's ambitions to bettering the lives of those around him. In that spirit, these financial contributions will provide financial assistance to the family during this trying time.

Thank you for your donations. We cannot express our immense gratitude for your kindness and generosity during this difficult time.

UPDATE:
Thank you all for the kind words and generous tokens, if you don’t know me I’m Thomas a classmate of Nate’s from Loyola and as he impacted you personally he was truly a gift to us all.

I have been in constant contact with the family and they are so warmed by the outpouring of love from this community of individuals that were blessed to have shared wonderful memories with Nate.  With your outpouring of love we will be providing full service catering for the repast with many of Nate favorite treats from crab balls, wings, cheesesteak egg roll, mac & cheese and more!

For full transparency on where your contributions are going, all proceeds come to my personal account I will be transferring any amounts above the catering costs directly to his mother via Zelle.  Once again thank you all for your love and support.

Also please feel free to continue to drop notes and photos to share with all!
