Nathan Burise needs a wheelchair-accessible van

Hi, my name is Angel and I am the proud Mother of Nathan Burise. Nathan was born with cerebral palsy and moves around in his power wheelchair. He has been without proper transportation for some time and is in great need of an accessible van to get to and from his numerous doctor appointments. This van will give him mobile independence. If you have met Nathan, you know he is a "social butterfly". This van will comfortably allow him to attend more sporting events and friendly functions (he's limited to a push chair because his power chair cannot be transported at the moment).
