Nathan fountain was in a horrible bike accident off 23rd in independence mo last Thursday 12/5/19. He had been sedated since the wreck , had major brain injuries , fractures threw the body. He was suppose to go down today 12/11/19 for some testing & ended up having a heart attack & passed away at 3pm. 
Nathen leaves behind a 4 year old baby girl , & a baby boy being born January 16th.
