Nathan & Avery's Medical Debt

Hi there, our names are Nathan and Avery, and we need your help.
As many people have experienced this year, both of us have lost our jobs due to the pandemic. Before the events that led to the creation of this GoFundMe campaign, we were already struggling to make the monthly payments on our car and keep up with the payment arrangements we've made for the debt we already had. What we were not prepared for - mentally and especially financially - is the legal documentation just issued to us from a debt collector. We owe $6,605.71 in unpaid medical bills from the last two years to this debt collector, as you can see from the image I included, and when I called them yesterday to inquire about the situation, I was informed that number is actually $6,930.71 when attorney's fees are included. They plan to file a judgment against us if we do not enter into a payment plan of three equal payments by mid-January.
As I'm sure you can imagine, we are absolutely not in the financial position to be able to make that first payment (which would be $2,310.23), let alone any payment.
We are looking to find our own place as soon as we can, and a judgment on our credit reports would make that impossible for years to come, as our credit is already bad enough. We're both actively searching for new jobs, and we have some promising prospects, but even if we were both to become employed full-time again as soon as tomorrow, we still wouldn't be in a position to make that first payment in January.
Please, if you can donate anything to help us out, we would be eternally grateful. Any amount at all is helpful. We know that the holiday season and the current global pandemic are factors that make this a very inopportune time to be asking anyone for money, but even if you can't donate, please share this campaign.
