Hi my name is Nathan. I am 11 years old. I live in the Philippines with my mother. We live a very poor lifestyle and have no money for my surgery to repair my broken elbow. My father lives in Canada, but is seriously disabled and on extremely low income. Even though I am a Canadian citizen there are no funds to help me with my medical expenses. We have no medical insurance here.
