The unthinkable happened Wednesday afternoon.
   
Nathalia Gonzalez, age 16, was driving to work at our grocery store when her Jeep left the roadway, rolling several times.  She and a friend,  Maddison Mills,  were ejected from the vehicle.  

Both girls were transferred to the local hospital and Lifestar flew each to KU Medical Center.  Maddison continues to fight for life. 
Please keep her in your prayers.
  
Our sweet Nathalia did not survive her injuries.
  
Nathalia had worked at our Grocery Store in Linn, 
Jack's Food Market, since June 17, 2017. 
She was a ray of sunshine in the store, always a smile on her face and truly caring of others. 
We will miss her dearly.  

Nathalia was an only child and her parents are understandably distraught.  Any amount that you could share with them to help with funeral expenses would be greatly appreciated and never forgotten.  

I will be collecting funds in a designated account at United Bank and Trust.  I will then distribute the funds to her parents for the funeral expenses.
